Nabeel Sera

Nabeel Sera, an expert litigator from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law, specializes in plaintiff personal injury. His practice in Ontario, honed with a Negotiation Certificate from Harvard University, focuses on motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice cases and more. Nabeel’s courtroom success is marked by numerous appearances in various courts and tribunals. Outside of law, his interests include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, weight training, travel and family time, all representative of his dedication to both professional and personal life.

Nabeel’s law practice is focused on Plaintiff’s personal injury, and, in particular, on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability claims, medical malpractice, and long-term disability benefits denials. Among other types of injured clients, Nabeel advocates for individuals who have suffered from fractures, spinal cord trauma, loss of limbs, chronic pain, severe burns, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
